Pick to Tote e-commerce picking workflow is here for all WMS Users!

Following successful beta testing, Pick to Tote is now generally available to all CartonCloud WMS users.

Pick to Tote optimises e-commerce fulfillment by enabling warehouse staff to simultaneously pick multiple small orders using a tote-based system. Each tote on the picking trolley corresponds to a specific order, allowing pickers to efficiently collect items for 10-30 orders in a single trip.

The system is specifically designed for high volume ecommerce orders, and includes:

• Simultaneous multi-order picking with designated totes, minimising travel time across the warehouse

• Real-time sorting guidance ensures accurate order allocation while maintaining high-speed picking

• Streamlined handling of large order volumes with improved resource efficiency

Pick to Tote is now automatically available in your CartonCloud system and no longer requires beta access or manual enablement by our team.
