Mobile App 6.22.0

Mobile App 6.22.0

This release brings faster scanning and packing, smoother adhoc charges, smarter item visibility, plus a backend change that improves reallocation in mobile workflows.

Picking: Scan and Jump Straight Into an Order

To speed things up for users working with printed pick lists, you can now scan a Sale Order ID directly from the Sales Orders List screen and jump straight into the order - no need to tap through search results.

This only applies when scanning without focusing on the search box field. If you type or scan inside the search box, it’ll still show the usual results.

Hide Completed Items in Pick to Tote & Picking

You’ve always had the option to hide completed items - now we’ve made it clearer. When “Show Completed” is turned on, you’ll see a quick tip after completing your first item, reminding you that you can hide it from view. This message only appears once to keep things simple.

New Look for Adhoc Charges upon Packing a Sales Order

We’ve updated the Adhoc Charges screen shown after packing a sales order, now with clear “Skip” and “Submit” buttons instead of “Done” followed by a popup. This also applies when packing via wave. This change removes an extra step and makes things quicker for high-volume pickers.

Reallocate Faster with Smarter Scanning

We’ve made it easier to reallocate items when using the “Scan Pallet or Location Barcode” setting. If you scan a barcode that isn’t a pallet or location, like a serial number (POP Custom Field), the app will now check if that single item can be used for one of the items in the list.

This is especially useful when items in the list have specific criteria (e.g., a certain batch number), and the item you’re trying to use may only match some of them. This means less trial and error and a faster way to get the right item allocated.

Smoother, Faster Packing and Adhoc Charges Experience

Packing is now faster across all Pack workflows - we’ve removed redundant messages, and uploading Adhoc Charges on iOS now uses a non-blocking toast alert to keep you moving.

Faster Scanning in Pick to Tote Wave Pick

We’ve made scanning in Pick to Tote Wave Pick quicker and smoother. Confirming items is now noticeably faster, especially when scanning tote and quantity in quick succession or scanning quantity first.

“Orders” Label Now Always Visible in Pick to Tote

We’ve moved the “Orders” label to the top of the item details card in Pick to Tote. This makes it easier to understand how many orders the item relates to at a glance.
