Version 6.24.0 continues to improve the picking experience for warehouse teams with enhanced visibility and smoother error handling. This release builds on our recent updates by making it even easier to stay focused, reduce interruptions, and spot issues quickly when working through Sales Orders or Pick to Tote waves.

Clearer Visibility of Unassigned Items in Awaiting Stock Orders

In Picking mode, it’s now easier to spot items that are unassigned or not yet received when viewing Sale Orders in Awaiting Stock status.

These items are now highlighted in red, with quantities shown as a single total (e.g. “52 Unit”), so you can quickly see what’s unavailable, without needing to interact with the item.

This update improves visibility and enables pickers to stay on track with what’s ready to pick and what’s not.

Skip the Re-Scan: Smarter Pick to Tote Scanning

We’ve streamlined the way scanning errors are handled in Pick to Tote mode to make the process faster and less repetitive. Previously, if you scanned an incorrect tote or quantity, you had to re-scan both. Now, you only need to re-scan the value that was incorrect.

As part of this improvement, if you scan a tote that’s already in use, you can now simply scan a different tote without needing to re-scan the product. It’s a smoother, more responsive experience that helps you move faster through high-volume picks.

🔍 What You’ll See

  • Error icons or messages will appear next to the field with an issue.

  • Tap the error to re-scan just that value - no need to start over.

  • Once corrected, the app will process it and move on automatically.

⚠️ What Happens If You Skip It?

If you try to move on without fixing the error, the app will prompt you to reset all incomplete fields. This keeps the workflow clean and avoids accidental mistakes.
