New Notification when Sale Orders progress from the "Awaiting Stock" status

We’ve improved how admins get notified when stock becomes available for orders that were Awaiting Stock.

What’s new?

• Admins can now receive the "A new Sale Order available" notification when a Sale Order moves from "Awaiting Stock" to "Awaiting Pick and Pack"

• This works even if the order wasn’t manually moved by a user, perfect for keeping you in the loop after backordering scenarios with automatic stock allocation.

• Emails are sent after a short 2-minute delay to avoid unnecessary notifications going out from rapid stock changes (adding/removing unassigned items may result in the order going back to Awaiting Stock, in which case no notification is sent).

• If you already have "Sale Order Approved (by customer)" notifications enabled, this new setting will be automatically enabled.

What’s not changing?

• The email template remains the same, no new wording to learn.

• The notification is a direct duplicate of the existing "A new Sale Order available" email.

Result: Less chance of missing a newly packable order, even if stock allocation happens automatically in the background.
