New Replenishment Setting and Pallet Barcode Support for Purchase Orders

New Replenishment Setting and Pallet Barcode Support for Purchase Orders

Replenishment - New Setting: “Use Last Allocated Location for Minimum Trigger”

A new warehouse replenishment setting, “Use Last Allocated Location for Minimum Trigger,” has been introduced. When enabled, this setting changes how minimum stock replenishment is triggered for products without a dedicated pickface.

Instead of evaluating each storage location independently, the system will only check the last location where stock was allocated before determining if replenishment is required. This reduces unnecessary replenishment tasks, simplifies stock management, and helps maintain more efficient warehouse operations.

The setting is off by default and can be managed under Organisation Settings > Warehouse > General > Replenishment Configuration.

Key Benefits:

  • Reduces redundant replenishment tasks for products without a pickface.

  • Simplifies stock management by focusing on the most relevant location.

  • Maintains current logic for tenants who do not enable the setting.

Purchase Order Parsers - Pallet Barcode Support

You can now import Purchase Orders that include pre-assigned pallet barcodes, allowing for more accurate and efficient handling of pre-palletised stock.

When creating or editing a Purchase Order Parser, a new field called “Pallet Barcode” can now be added. This enables CartonCloud pallet barcodes to be included directly in import files. The system validates the barcode format to ensure it matches the CartonCloud pallet standard and prevents conflicts with existing pallet IDs.

Key Benefits:

  • Enables seamless import of pre-palletised stock.

  • Reduces manual barcode entry and data handling.

  • Prevents barcode conflicts through built-in validation.
