Pack Screen Enhancement - Service Type

Thank you very much to our customers for your feedback on our new Pack Screen. A commonly requested improvement was the ability to allow packers to set and modify the Service Type of the Consignment / Warehouse Fulfilment directly from within the Pack Screen. In many cases this is used in conjunction with existing carrier / shipping platform integrations to automatically select the appropriate carrier & print labels.

We’re happy to announce, this capability is now available for all, and you can now configure the Service Type as part of the packing workflow.
