New Setting - Require Photos on POD
To improve delivery accuracy and reduce disputes, a new Proof of Delivery (POD) photo requirement setting has been introduced. It allows transport companies to enforce that at least one photo must be included when drivers submit a POD.
The new setting can be configured at both a Customer and an Organisation level.
This is supported in mobile apps 6.32.0 and higher. Older mobile app versions will not enforce photos to be captured.
To enable this for a specific customer
Edit Customers → Transport Management → POD → Require Proof Of Delivery Photos
To enable this across the whole organisation (all customers)
Organisation Settings → Mobile App → Require Proof Of Delivery Photos
