New Invoicing Control for Sale Orders Based on Status
A new configuration option has been added to Rate Cards, allowing you to control when Sale Orders are included on invoices.
Previously, Sale Orders were always included once they reached the Packed status. With this update, you can now select whether they are added to invoices when Packed or when Dispatched. This gives you more flexibility to match your invoicing timing with how your business operates and helps prevent early billing for orders that have not yet left the warehouse.
The new setting appears under Rate Card > Sale Order Charge Scheme, below the existing Picking Charge Option field.
