Modification Reason and Comment Columns Added to Stock Movement Report

We’ve enhanced the Stock Movement Report to include two new optional columns: Modification Reason and Modification Comment. These provide greater visibility into why stock movements occur and any notes added by staff when adjustments are made.

The new fields appear automatically for accounts who use Modification Reasons (configured under Customer Settings > Warehouse Management > Modification Reasons). For those who do not use this feature, the report remains unchanged to keep the interface clean.
