Pack Screen Enhancement – Split SOP by Unit of Measure
We’ve enhanced the Pack Screen to improve how Sale Order Products (SOPs) handle multiple Units of Measure (UOMs), giving packers a clearer and more accurate view of remaining stock.
Dynamic Row Display:
Each SOP now displays multiple rows automatically based on the remaining quantity, separating out different UOMs (e.g., Carton, Bottle). The system uses the fewest rows possible for clarity and always prioritises larger UOMs first.
For example, an SOP of 32 Bottles of Beer Lager (6 Bottles = 1 Carton) will now display as 5 Cartons + 2 Bottles, rather than a single combined line.
Consistent UOM Splitting & Real-Time Updates:
Stock in both Sale Order items and Consignment items is now dynamically split and displayed by UOM. As stock moves occur, the rows update automatically to maintain accuracy and consistency across the Pack Screen.
In the screenshot below, you can see how the Pack Screen now separates Sale Order Products by unit of measure. In this example, 32 Bottles of Beer Lager have been split into multiple rows: 3 Cartons + 2 Bottles remain unpacked (left side), while 2 Cartons have already been packed into a consignment (right side).
