Control Visibility of Purchase Order Custom Fields

You can now mark Purchase Order custom fields as “Internal Use Only”, giving you greater control over what information is visible to your customers.

When enabled, these fields are hidden from customer-facing views while remaining accessible to internal users. This is particularly useful for storing operational notes or sensitive data that should not be shared externally.

Search behaviour has also been updated to ensure internal-only field values are not returned in results for non-internal users.
