Rate Card Export - PDF and Excel

You can now export your full rate card as a PDF or Excel file directly from the Rate Card Report page. Previously, only Transport Rates could be exported - now you can also download your complete pricing details, including adhoc, storage, handling & warehouse charges, to share with your own customers in a clean, professional format.

The export includes your adhoc, storage, handling, and warehouse charges based on your account configuration. Simply select a rate card from the Rate Card Report page and use the export button to download a PDF or choose Excel from the dropdown.

If your account only has Warehouse features, the Transport Rates export option will not appear - you will see the rate card export only.

Transport accounts retain access to the existing Transport Rates PDF export alongside the new rate card exports.
