Carrier Integrations – Expanded Scope & Updated Timeline

Carrier Integrations – Expanded Scope & Updated Timeline

First, a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has been part of our beta and taken the time to share feedback, it has been invaluable. After working through real-world testing with our beta customers, we've uncovered additional scope that we believe is critical to delivering the best possible experience. This is too foundational to release early and iterate on, so we’re taking the extra time to get it right.

We're now targeting general availability in the second half of June 2026. We know this isn't the news some of you were hoping for, but we're confident that what we're building will be well worth the wait.

What's been added to the release

  • Cost+Margin Billing — Leveraging our TMS rating engine, you'll be able to bill based on carrier cost plus a defined margin, giving you precise control over freight charge-outs without manual calculations.

  • Comprehensive International Shipment Support — We’re adding additional standard fields to products, and sale orders, plus a range of shipping-platform-specific improvements to ensure international consignments are handled correctly end-to-end.

  • Create & Edit Your Own Bolts — This will be a major improvement in it’s own right! Users will be able to define their own bolts (rules) for things like Authority to Leave, giving you the flexibility to automate carrier logic that fits your specific workflow.

  • Warehouse-Specific Carrier Selection Rules & Account Mapping — Set different carrier selection rules and carrier account mappings per warehouse, so each location can operate with the right carrier defaults for its region or customer base.

  • Customer-Specific Carrier Selection Rules — Define carrier selection rules at the customer level, ensuring the right carrier is always selected based on who the shipment is for.

  • Comprehensive Logging & Self-Diagnostic Tools — Every quote, booking, and print request will now be fully logged to the bolt execution logs making it easy to identify and resolve any issues without needing to contact support.

These additions represent a significant step up in capability, particularly for those running complex multi-warehouse or multi-customer operations. We believe this will make Carrier Integrations one of the most powerful and transparent shipping automation tools available.
