Major TMS Update - Scan Load / Unload

Following on from December’s release of Item Level Scanning, Warehouse staff and drivers can now use the CartonCloud mobile app to scan consignments as they come off a vehicle at the depot (against a Manifest) and as they go onto a vehicle for a delivery run (against a Run Sheet) — replacing manual, paper-based vehicle checks with a fast, real-time scanning process.

Each consignment can be confirmed either by scanning its barcode or by tapping to confirm manually, with a running count and instant visibility into what's been received or loaded. Run Sheet and Manifest statuses update automatically as scanning is completed, and every scan event is recorded against the consignment's history alongside your existing Proof of Delivery scan history.

Scan Load / Unload is currently in beta and is being progressively rolled out. It requires Item Level Scanning to be enabled on your account, plus the latest CartonCloud mobile app (6.51.0+) and the Packer or Driver role assigned to your users.
