Launch of CartonCloud's Business Intelligence: AI-Powered Reporting and Custom Dashboards

We're excited to announce the launch of Business Intelligence, CartonCloud's new reporting and data visualisation tool. Replacing our previous BI Dashboard, it gives you a far more flexible way to explore your data, build your own charts, and create dashboards tailored to your business — and for the first time, an AI assistant that will build reports for you.

• Explore with AI: Ask questions about your data in plain English and get an answer back as a chart or table in seconds. Ask something like "Show me the number of sale orders created per week over the last 3 months", then refine it with follow-up questions until it looks right, and save it to your collection to come back to later, or fold into your own dashboards. There's no query to write and no report builder to learn, if you can describe what you want to know, you can report on it.

• Build your own charts and dashboards: Your Custom Business Intelligence collection is your own space to create, edit and save charts, questions and dashboards, built around the questions your business actually asks.

• A prebuilt dashboard to start from: We've included a default dashboard, built and maintained by CartonCloud, giving you an overview of key activity across your business. Use it to see what data is available, then build from there.

You can report on Consignments to track volumes, delivery activity and performance over time; Sale Orders to explore order volumes, statuses and trends; and Purchase Orders to review inbound stock activity and receiving trends.
