Launch of CartonCloud's Dock Management
We're excited to announce the launch of Dock Management, a new way to schedule and manage every delivery in and out of your warehouse. Connected to your CartonCloud data, it replaces phone calls and spreadsheets with one live schedule your whole team can see.
Carrier self-booking links: Give each carrier their own link, once. They choose a warehouse, pick an available time slot within your hours, and confirm, no back and forth required. The booking lands on your calendar automatically.
A live calendar, every dock: See the whole day at a glance, with a Week view for planning ahead and a Day view for running today. Drag a booking onto a dock, or link it straight to a CartonCloud purchase order, sales order, or consignment.
Driver check-in kiosk: A tablet at the gate or dock office lets drivers check themselves in with a code from their booking. The arrival time is stamped automatically, no radio call to the office needed.
Live Today Board: A full-screen view of today's bookings for a wall-mounted screen in the office or on the dock, updating in real time as trucks check in.
