Dock Management - Customise Your Today Board and Manage Dock/Site Closures for Holidays and Recurring Pick-ups
The Today Board is now yours to configure. Choose which columns appear and what order they sit in, including any custom booking fields you've set up, so the board shows what your site actually cares about. A cold store can put temperature front and centre while another site leads with trailer numbers. You'll find it under Settings > Today Board.
You can also now close a dock or a whole warehouse for a period of time, without creating placeholder bookings to hold the space.
Close a whole site or a single dock: Block Christmas Day across every dock, or take one or more doors out for your own vehicles while the rest keep running.
Repeat daily or weekly: Daily follows the working days configured for that warehouse, so closed days are skipped automatically. Weekly lets you pick the days it applies to. Set a date to repeat until and the blocks are created for you.
Carriers can't book a closed time: Blocked slots simply don't appear in the carrier booking portal, and a fully closed day can't be selected.
Your team still can: If a truck turns up on a shutdown day, staff can still record the booking after confirming. Closed periods are shaded on the Day and Week views so it's clear before anyone starts.
