Monetary Values Now Display Your Configured Currency

Monetary values now display in your organisation's configured currency instead of a dollar symbol. This makes financial screens and customer-facing documents accurate for organisations operating outside dollar-based regions, and gives your customers billing documents they can trust.

The correct symbol is applied consistently across on-screen financial views, reports, document templates, PDFs and Excel exports, including invoices, invoice summaries and charge exports. Supported currencies display their standard symbol, such as £ for GBP, € for EUR, zł for PLN and CHF for Swiss Francs. Organisations configured in AUD, NZD, USD or CAD will continue to display $ as they do today.

Where a warehouse has its own currency configured, amounts relating to work at that warehouse use that currency, while everything else follows your organisation default. No additional setup or custom fields are required. This is a display change only, and charge calculations and invoice values are unchanged.

This is a staged release. We're progressively rolling it out across all CartonCloud accounts over the next few weeks, so it may not appear on your account straight away. No action is required - the correct currency symbols will apply automatically once the rollout reaches your account.
