Carrier Integrations Now Available to All Customers

We're excited to announce that Carrier Integrations is now available to all CartonCloud customers! You can now connect to 150+ carriers, rate shop straight from the Pack Screen, bill customers using Cost+Margin Billing, and automate carrier selection with Carrier Selection Rules.

A quick note on pricing for the different types of carrier connections:

• Shippit & EasyPost — These platform connections have been free while we've rolled things out, but from 1 October 2026 the connections will be charged in the same way as other self-managed integrations.

• Direct Carrier Connections — Connecting straight to a carrier, including AusPost and USPS, remains completely free. USPS will be rolling out over the next two weeks.
