Our Packlist and Delivery Note documents have now been renamed, in line with this recent update. To recap:

  • "Packlist" to "Pick List" and

  • "Delivery Note" to "Packing Slip"

CartonCloud is making some changes to your well known menu options. These changes are streamlining the menu names with the functionality of the option. The changes you can expect to see are:

Integrations will now be called “Self-Managed Integrations” in the more menu. You are still able to simply search ‘Integrations’ in Search for Anything to bring this dashboard up.

Bolt Execution Logs will now simply be called “Bolt Logs”.

Parse File has been updated to “Parse a File”.

Remote Print Jobs has been updated to “Print Log”.

And finally the Parsing Log has been updated to “Import Log”. This better reflects the actual use of this log as we all have other methods such as API going through this log.

In addition to the menu options changing names, we have also updated the Site Map to reflect the changes.

To give you better control and visibility over which of your customers have Self-managed integrations in place, we have upgraded our Self-Managed Integrations Dashboard. We have added the number of active integrations under customer names on this screen, as well as a green indicator to highlight these customers. We have also ensured sorting brings the customers that have active integrations to the top.

We made these changes to better help you, our customers, to reconcile invoices, and also on charge to your customers, if this is your business practice.

Starting next week, we're simplifying your workflow by renaming:

  • "Packlist" to "Pick List" and

  • "Delivery Note" to "Packing Slip"

This update is part of our ongoing efforts to make our platform as user-friendly and efficient as possible, and these names are in line with what these documents are more commonly known as and used for.

Rest assured, this will not affect the functionality of these features.

With this release, we’re excited to introduce a new feature that greatly enhances the ability to manage partially-fulfillable lfillable Sale Sale orders

Recognizing the need for more dynamic stock allocation, we've added the ability to Unallocate stock from Sales Order Product (SOP) lines without affecting the requested quantity. This update, available to Admin and Packer users, also includes the addition of history entries for each stock movement, to ensure managing your inventory between different orders is straightforward.

To use this feature, as an Admin or Packer, simply head to the Products tab of your Sale Order, and click the Unassign button. Depending on the row you click, all Sale Order Products under that Product will be unassigned, or, only that particular Sale Order Product will be unassigned. Note that these buttons aren’t available past the Awaiting Pick and Pack status.

Note: If you unassign more than one SOP of the same Product, the items will not remain seperated within their SOPs - instead, the required quantities will be combined at the product level. This will also be reflected on the History tab
