Release Log
The latest version of the CartonCloud mobile application:
We’ve updated the logic controlling the Force Pack behaviour for Picking, Picking (Legacy), and the packing step of Wave Picks to ensure consistency and alignment with configuration settings.
Here are the different workflows and which settings will control the Force Pack behaviour:
Organisation Settings → Warehouse
Setting Name: Allow Forceful Completion of Individual Sale Orders
This setting controls the bahviour on the Mobile app for orders that are not apart of a wave pick.
If this setting is turned ON, it will allow warehouse staff using Picking & Picking (Legacy) to pack an order without first have to rescan all products.
Organisation Settings → Features & Options
Setting Name: Allow forceful completion of Wave Pick Sale Orders
This setting controls the behaviour on the Web app for the Force Pack functionality.
If the order is part of a multi-customer wave pick or a Run Sheet wave pick, they will not be allowed to be Force Packed on the web app, even if this setting is enabled.
Customer Settings → Warehouse Management → Wave Picks
Setting Name: Allow forceful completion of Wave Pick Sale Orders
This setting gives you the ability Force Pack on the Web app and Mobile App.
For Web app orders, Sale Orders that are part of a Single Customer Wave Pick can be Force Packed.
For Mobile app orders, Sale Orders that are part of any Wave Pick can be Force Packed.
These changes allow our users to build more customised workflows for their picking & packing requirements in CartonCloud.

If a POP already has an SSCC, a new one will not be generated to avoid mislabelling/intractability.

This update makes SSCC label generation faster and more efficient, reducing manual effort and improving workflow.
We’ve made several updates to improve clarity and functionality in the system around invoicing:
Naming Updates for Better Alignment
Invoice Class is now called Accounts
Charge Subclasses is now called Fee Categories
Fee Category Editing Improvements
Previously, some Fee Categories (formerly Charge Subclasses) were locked, preventing changes. Now, you can:Update the linked Account (formerly Invoice Class)
Select or deselect "Counts Toward Minimum Charge"
Invoice Display Simplification
We’ve removed the redundant "Name" column from invoices. Now, invoice sections such as Invoice Totals, Invoice Summary, and Accounts will display only the Account and its Description, ensuring a clearer and more streamlined view.
These changes help make the system more intuitive and efficient.
We're excited to introduce a powerful new feature in the CartonCloud Mobile App—Wave Pick Generation!
What's New?
You can now generate Wave Picks directly from the mobile app, using our recently released prefill templates for greater efficiency and flexibility.
Key Features:
Prefill Templates – Select from your prefill wave pick templates to streamline the picking process.
Select the Number of Sales Orders - Choose how many sales orders you want to include in the wave pick
Wave Pick Generation – The wave pick is instantly created for you, allowing pickers to immediately proceed with picking.
This feature is designed to enhance warehouse productivity by removing the need to return to a computer to create wave picks. This is particularly powerful when used in conjunction with Pick to Tote.
🔄 This feature is available in mobile app version 6.15.0 which is now rolling out to all users.
We’re excited to introduce an important update designed to improve data accuracy and streamline product management. With this enhancement, PPPUOM codes must now be unique within a single customer, preventing errors and inconsistencies in order imports.
What’s New?
Greater Accuracy & Data Integrity
The system now ensures PPPUOM codes are unique within each customer.
Codes that match the product code of the same product are still allowed.
Faster Issue Resolution
A new Report Page allows administrators to quickly identify and resolve any duplicate PPPUOM codes.
The report provides:
A list of affected products.
Clear action items and direct links to make updates easier.
Clearer Error Messaging
If a duplicate PPPUOM code is found, the system will display an immediate error message:
"Error: The Code for the Measurement is already in use for another product and must be unique."
Helpful Admin Notifications
A Dismissible Banner will notify administrators if their products contain duplicate PPPUOM codes.
The banner includes:
A direct link to the report page.
An option to "Remind me in 3 days."
Prevention of Future Issues
Products containing duplicate PPPUOM codes can no longer be edited until the issue is resolved, ensuring data consistency moving forward.
How This Helps You
Fewer Import Errors – Order imports will be smoother and more reliable.
Easier Issue Resolution – Quickly identify and fix duplicate codes using the new report.
Improved Data Integrity – Prevents accidental conflicts between products.
Better Admin Control – Notifications and easy access to reports make management effortless.
This update is now rolling out to users! If you manage PPPUOM codes, be sure to check your report and make necessary updates.
We’re thrilled to announce that our latest enhancements to the Consignment Items Screen on the web app are now available! These updates bring a more intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly experience to help streamline your workflow.

Optimised Field Widths that better match real-world usage, reducing unnecessary space and improving visibility.
More Intuitive Field Ordering for dimensions (Length, Width, Height) so they align with how you input data.
Smarter Volume Calculations that auto-update based on your dimensions and multipliers, with manual adjustments available when needed.
Enhanced Keyboard Navigation for faster, more efficient data entry without needing to use your mouse.
Better Cubic Management
Gain greater control over your volume calculations! The system will now automatically update values based on your inputs while still allowing for manual adjustments. Plus, you have the flexibility to choose which field should be included in cubic calculations (Quantity or Pallets).

Available in Mobile versions 6.13.0, we’ve enhanced the Photos and Documents on Purchase Orders feature to handle uploads in the background. This saves time as you no longer need to wait for uploads to complete before moving onto other tasks.
To provide visibility over background uploads, we’ve added an outbox (this works the same way as our Proof Of Delivery Outbox) which provides the following:
Visibility of Incomplete Uploads: Documents pending, in-progress or those that failed to upload will appear in the Outbox. Successfully submitted documents are automatically removed.
Retry & Delete Actions:
Retry Button: Allows users to reattempt failed uploads (uploads may fail due to network connectivity, eg: poor cell signal or wifi)
Delete Button: Removes failed uploads and requires gallery access permissions on iOS to delete saved photos.
Never lose data:
Uploads will persist if the app is closed and reopened, or even if users log out and a new user logs in!
If an upload fails and is deleted from the outbox, any photos/videos will be saved into the devices gallery so they can be reattempted later.
Stay tuned, this quarter we’re adding Photos and Documents to Sale Orders!
This update improves the Mobile Wave Picking process by replacing the previous dual-button system (Save & Complete) with a single dynamic button, streamlining the picking workflow and reducing confusion.
The improved system includes:
Dynamic Button Implementation: The "Save" and "Complete" buttons have been consolidated into a single button that adjusts based on user input. Users can only "Save" if the quantity is less than required; otherwise, the button switches to "Complete."
Enhanced Calculator View Restrictions: Users can no longer access the calculator view from a completed picked item line on the Products tab, preventing unintended interactions.
Accurate Quantity Addition & Validation: The update ensures proper handling of quantities via manual input, tapping, calculator button usage, and PUOM barcode scanning.
Alignment with Picking 2.0 Standards: The changes bring consistency across all Wavepick types, improving usability and reducing training complexity.
This enhancement is now automatically available in the CartonCloud 6.13.0 version of the mobile app.
