In mobile apps v 5.0.20, we’ve added the ability to unpick items in Picking 2.0. This enables warehouse workers to undo work if they accidentally marked an item as picked and then found it couldn’t be picked for some reason.
Previously, if an item was marked as picked, it couldn’t be reverted without resetting the entire order.
