Release 112

This release contained some improvements for managing sale orders. We have added;

• Select All Sale Orders - This new button can be found on the Filters tab and enables users to filter for select records and then select all the records, even if they don't all fit on one page.
• Delete All - This feature becomes available once you have used the select all function and enables you to bulk delete sale orders
• Re-process Orders - A new button that is also linked to the select all button and enables you to filter for records you want to re-process, select them all then re-process them. Note that this will only apply to orders that are in a status that can be re-processed all others will be ignored. 
• We also added some general improvements and fixed a few bugs.
